Changing the way pinning is displayed for pin tumbler design modules.

For all design modules that use pin tubmler (bottom pins, master pins, driver pins) you can choose if the bottom pins are shown first then the master pins or if the master pins are shown followed by the bottom pins at the bottom.
The second display method is more logical but some users prefer the first method because it reflects the way the cylinder is assembled.
