Yes, InstaCode will run on a Windows tablet, as long as meets the system requirements.
Depending on the screen dimentions, the orientaion of the tablet may need to be in landscape mode to allow the installation.
InstaCode will not run on Windows RT. Check which version of Windows the tablet is running.
