InstaCode needs to activate but the computer does not have an internet connection.

InstaCode requires Product activation before it becomes fully functional. Product activation is an anti-piracy technology designed to verify that the product has been legitimately licensed and thwart the spread of software piracy.
Your InstaCode installation is activated on and locked into your computer hardware identity. This process can take place automatically over the internet but sometimes this is not an option and a manual activation must be performed.
If your computer has Internet access, choose the option Over the Internet.
If your phone has internet access, you can use the option Use your phone to scan a QR code.
When the QR code is displayed, scan it with your phone camera and use your phone web browser to perform the activation. You must enter the activation code displayed on your phone into InstaCode.
If you have internet access through your browser, or from another computer, you can use the option Use the customer website.
