When cutting keys with an HPC 1200 / Blitz machine, the keys don't work.

Some HPC cutter dimensions differ to the equivalent Silca cutter. The HPC 1200 / Blitz has no ability to adjust for different cutter dimensions. When cards are printed by InstaCode, the stop markings are aligned for the dimensions the specified cutter.
If you use an cutter from another brand to that selected when the card was printed, differences in the cutter dimensions will result in an incorrect key being produced.
When printing an HPC card InstaCode adjusts for the cutter dimension differences when you select the cutter you use.
On the Cut Key window, in the Print cards section, select the Cutter you use from the dropdown list.
Reprint any cards that do not match to your cutter.
